Great dine in and pick up!

Just mad about the sesame chicken because it was sweet and sour chicken with sesame seeds on top. No proper description of what is in food. Server came once to refill water although we were the only ones in there.

The food is always fantastic and the service is good.

Thank goodness Hi-Ball is open again after renovations. We tried a dozen different Chinese restaurants while you were closed. Some were OK, but Hi-Ball is the best. Glad to have you back. Best shrimp in Winnipeg!!

Ordered for the first time (after reading the reviews) on Father's Day. Everything was extremely fresh, hot and tasty. Portions are generous. Really enjoyed the beef and gai lan, almond mushroom soo guy and sweet and sour veal. Can't wait to order again!

Consistently excellent food. We live in North Winnipeg. We often journey across the city to enjoy a wonderful dinner with our children. So tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My Favourite cheinees restaurant in the city. Amazing chop sue and the Shanghai noodles be out of this world.

Foods are alright but bad services.Little caution for future customers - don’t tip them with coins! Which owner gives a weird laugh at customer and THROWS THE RECEIPT when they get tips with coins.

My family has enjoyed Hi-Ball restaurant for many years. The food is always fresh and flavourful! We tried others during their recent closure but found nothing to compare. We’re so happy they have reopened and are again available for the neighbourhood to enjoy.

My friend and I wanted to come here and it said it was open on the website. Drove across town to find it closed. Disappointed.

Consistency and a menu that covers a lot of favourites. Prompt delivery and good table services.

Delicious food and friendly owners. I hardly stray from the basics but I love the veal ,chicken balls ,ginger beef, fried rice and all noodle dishes and I really would love to try the hot honey chicken but unsure of what part of chicken is used and is it breaded ,sliced? I would love a description of items that are not basic if that makes sense and this would bring me to order different items than the basics I’m used to. I’m craving rt now and thinking I’m going to order now. Delicious!

Excellent food and service. Ginger beef is the best in the city. Highly recommend the hot and sour soup if you enjoy spicy food .

Service is average depending how busy they are but food was excellent. Would recommend the ginger beef and the hot honey chicken. I would love for this place to introduce combos with those types of dishes to come with chicken fried rice and an egg roll for example, instead of just steamed white rice like they do now, which I could easily make at home.

Tasty food and the dining room has been renovated which makes for a good experience.

Order total $18.66*. Order: veg chow mein + 3 spring rolls. Spring rolls are like 3 fingers wide 1.5 fingers thick. Veg chow was actually very filling. The vegetables and chow ratio was well balance and enough. If youre looking for a filling meal the main dish(veg chow mein 10.**) is sufficent and pretty good. Not too much sauce to make it too much liquid. Spring rolls were 1.95* per roll. I did take out and so i give it 4/5 im not sure how the dine in exp is.

A friends and I We went to this restaurant to try it out ordered Honey Lemon Chicken and the lemon sauce was covered in spicy chilies when the ordered NOT Spicy. We were one of the only ones there and the @ the restaurant. The plates that came out were burning hot right out of the dishwasher we couldn't even touch them to serve our dish. Did they not have any other plates that were clean!? We got hot plates and the sticky rice was cold. Almost inedible will not go back there... not the greatest chinese in the city there much better options. 2 out of 5 stars.

Cheap and good

Our family favourite....and apparently a favourite for all of the locals in River Heights. This is not fancy by any means but the family that owns this restaurant are lovely and the food is great. They treat their customers like gold too. My favourite is the Hot Honey Beef
